Secteur 410 is a band from the French Indian Ocean island of La Réunion. Comprising a band of three friends brought together by music, the group was formed in 2005 by singers Gaëtan from Basse-Terre, Denis from Ravine Blanche and Jérôme from Saint-Pierre. In 2007, the group met DJ Skam, one of Réunion's leading DJs (now events director at Kartel Prod), who took on the task of putting their music on the soundtrack. DJ Skam and Secteur 410 collaborated on several tracks, including their 2009 hit "Don a Li", which racked up millions of views and listens. Other tracks followed, reinforcing their reputation. The group went on to play a series of shows all over the island, and even in France on several occasions, until 2018. After a break of several years, Secteur 410 reformed at the end of 2023 at the request of their fans, but above all thanks to DJ Sanjiva, who became their official composer, DJ and manager. Since their return, the group has been racking up hits exceeding millions of views, with titles such as "Nout' Kiltir" (2023), "Gayar" (2024), "Granmèr" (2024) or "Sentiment" (2024), and above all "Héritaz" (2024), which gains a wider audience. With their airs of seggae, reggae and maloya, Secteur 410 have created a unique style by integrating urban influences into their traditional music. In 2025, they released the tracks "Kréol Superstar", " Kaméléon" and "La Zeness", as well as the hit "Fanm' indépendante", which reached number 27 in the overseas charts.
