Rosemary Standley

Singer with the Franco-American band Moriarty since 2005, Rosemary Standley (born in Paris in 1979) collaborates on each of its albums and makes occasional appearances for Vincent Delerm or Jeanne Cherhal, Camille, Emily Loizeau, Olivia Ruiz and La Grande Sophie as part of the all-female group Les Françoises. In 2012, she joined forces with Brisa Roché and Ndidi O. for The Lightnin 3 project and the album Morning, Noon & Night. After an experience on stage in 2013 in the musical A Queen Of Hearts, the singer delivered the following year an eclectic covers album, Birds On A Wire, in collaboration with cellist Dom La Nena. In 2015, she released an album of traditional folk covers with Bruno Helstroffer's band. The ongoing retro aspect of her repertoire is perceptible in the CD and DVD pairing of A Queen Of Hearts, released in 2016.
