Ritt Momney

Jack William Rutter, born 12 October 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah, is an American singer‑songwriter who performs under the stage name Ritt Momney. Growing up in Utah, Ritt Momney began his musical journey in high‑school as a founding member of an indie‑rock band that later dissolved when members pursued education and religious commitments; he retained the name Ritt Momney for his solo work. In 2017 he released several tracks, and his debut album Her and All of My Friends appeared on 19 July 2019, garnering increased attention. The cover of Corinne Bailey Rae’s "Put Your Records On" was released on 24 April 2020 and achieved international viral status through TikTok, reaching the top ten in Australia and New Zealand and charting in numerous European and North American markets; the single earned multi‑platinum certifications in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Ritt Momney signed with Disruptor/Columbia later that year, and in 2021 he released the album Sunny Boy and the single "Not Around", though it did not replicate the earlier hit’s commercial impact. Continuing his output, he issued the album BASE on 27 February 2026, maintaining a presence in the rock music scene while expanding his catalog with singles such as "Phoebe" and "On Love (An Alternative Response to Almitra's Request)".
