Maria Therese Lansangan, known professionally as Reese Lansangan, was born on October 16, 1990 in the Philippines. In 2013, she was accepted into the prestigious Elements National Music Camp. Lansangan launched her music career with the release of her debut album Arigato, Internet! on December 6, 2015. The album featured 11 tracks written by Lansangan herself and was later reissued in 2017 with seven bonus songs. Lansangan has also collaborated with Filipino band Franco for Coke Studio PH Season 1 in 2017 and performed as the opening act for Paramore's Tour Four in Manila on August 23, 2018.
