Red Hands

A gospel and soul group hailing from Ohio, Red Hands formed in 2017 and comprises Khirye Tyler (keyboards, vocals), Nate Lewis (vocals), Demetrius Beasley (guitar, vocals), Al Parker (bass) and two drummers, Jonathan Fields and Gonelcha Askew. The name Red Hands comes from a psalm in the Bible, and the band first came to prominence with the album Your Will (2019), before working individually with renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Jay Z, Jessica Reedy and Tye Tribbett. Having become the house band for NBC's Songland, Red Hands went on to record the albums The Two (2020), Red Hands Live (2021) and The Family Album (2022), a family-friendly live reunion featuring appearances by PJ Morton, Jonathan McReynolds, Jermaine Dolly, David Michael Wyatt, Anita Wilson, Jonathan Dunn, Kim Burrell and Gene Moore. In 2025, EP III reached number 13 on the Top 25 Gospel Albums chart.
