Rania Kurdi (born March 11, 1976) is a Jordanian-British pop singer, actress, and television presenter from England. Kurdi performed in a stage production of Oliver Twist at age 11. The artist studied at the Guildford School of Acting between 1993 and 1996. Kurdi released the debut recording "Zgurt" in 1998. The singer hosted the television program SuperStar from 2002 to 2004. Kurdi released the debut studio album Rania Kurdi in 2002 through EMI Arabia. The artist performed the lead role in the film Al Hassa Al Sabba in 2005. Kurdi released the second studio album Oulli Leh in 2006, which included the recording "Shayef Nafsak". The artist produced and wrote the television program The Rania Show in 2013. Kurdi performed the role of Sofia in the film Daphne in 2017. Kurdi served as an ambassador for The Children of War Foundation in Jordan.
