Pilli Bebek, a Turkish rock band formed in Ankara in 1993 by Cem Kısmet and Ahmet Başbağlar, initially performed at local bars on Sakarya Street. In 1999, Pilli Bebek released their debut album Uyandırmadan under the Aşk Müzik Yapım label. The band's lineup evolved over time, with notable changes including the addition of Sonat Özer in 1995 and the departure of Ahmet Başbağlar in 2000. In 2007, Pilli Bebek released their second album Olsun, which gained significant traction when songs from it were used extensively in the Turkish television series Behzat Ç. This collaboration led to the release of the album Behzat Ç. Dizi ve Film Müzikleri in 2012, featuring new interpretations and original tracks.
