Park Chanyoung is a South Korean cellist and singer-songwriter, born on December 3, 1996. He gained public attention in 2019 through his appearance on JTBC’s Superband, where he impressed audiences by blending Dvořák’s New World Symphony with the popular children’s song “Baby Shark” alongside violinist Nam Geunhyeong. Since then, Park has collaborated with renowned Korean artists like IU, AKMU’s Suhyun, Henry, Jung Seung-hwan, Se So Neon, and Hong Isaac, and has contributed as a string session player for various film soundtracks (The Battle of Bongodong, Alienoid, Feng Shui) and TV shows (Mr. Trot, Yoo Hee-yeol’s Sketchbook, Open Concert). In 2022, he released his first single "Hello", marking his debut as both songwriter and singer. His discography includes singles and EPs such as "Sparkling Wine"(2024), Blossoming Love (2023), and "A Walk" (2025), establishing him as a versatile artist in the Korean indie scene.
