Paper Diamond

Alexander Botwin, known professionally as Paper Diamond, is an American electronic music producer from Colorado. He began his musical career as a bassist for the dance music group Pnuma Trio in 2004 and later created Elm & Oak, a record label, design company, and store in Boulder, Colorado. Transitioning to a solo career under the name Alex B, he eventually adopted the stage name Paper Diamond in 2011. His breakthrough came with the release of his debut album Levitate on January 25, 2011, under Pretty Lights Music. Following this, Botwin embarked on extensive tours and festival appearances, including performances at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April 2012. Throughout his career, Paper Diamond released several notable albums, including Paragon (2013) and Holograms (2018), as well as EPs such as Wavesight (2012) and Rain Drops (2014).
