Shen Yi-Tseng, known professionally as Ocean Ou, was born on October 12, 1969 in Taiwan and is a singer. Early in his career, he gained attention for using computer-generated 3D models for album covers and music videos, keeping his face hidden from public view. He was part of the now-defunct band "Y.I.Y.O." Ocean Ou released his debut album 101 å°æ æ¸ in 2007. His subsequent releases include the EP èµ·é£ in 2009 and the album å çºæä½ in 2015.
