In 2008, the band released Lightdark, which featured collaborations with Tim Bowness and Marianne DeChastelaine. It won the Best Recording award at the Italian Progressive Music Awards. Nosound continued to release critically acclaimed albums such as A Sense of Loss (2009), which also won the Best Recording award, and Afterthoughts (2013).
