Nervosa

Nervosa, a Brazilian thrash metal band, was formed in São Paulo in February 2010 by Prika Amaral and Fernanda Terra. The group initially included Karem Ramos on guitar and Fernanda Terra on drums. In 2011, Fernanda Lira joined as bassist and vocalist, allowing Prika Amaral to focus solely on guitar. Their debut demo, Time of Death, was released in 2012. The band's first full-length album, Victim of Yourself, came out in March 2014 and received critical acclaim. In June 2016, Nervosa released Agony under Napalm Records, followed by extensive tours including performances at major festivals like Rock al Parque and Leyendas del Rock. The band's lineup underwent several changes over the years, with Prika Amaral remaining the sole original member. Notable albums include Downfall of Mankind (2018), Perpetual Chaos (2021) and Jailbreak (2023). In April 2026, Nervosa released their sixth album, Slave Machine.
