Navaan Sandhu is a Punjabi singer, songwriter and lyricist, born on August 8, 1995 in Amritsar, Punjab, India. Trained as a singer at the Gurmeet Bawa Sangeet Academy, he launched his career in 2018 with the track "In Demand" produced by Manni Sandhu. He has since established himself as one of the rising figures on the modern Punjabi scene thanks to tracks like "Special Edition" (2018), "2 Asle" (2020), "Straight Outta Majha" (2020) and "Sherni Banke" (2021). His style blends traditional Punjabi influences, R&B, hip-hop and urban pop, creating a sound that is both melodic and contemporary. In 2022, the release of his debut album Way Maker gave rise to new tracks acclaimed on music platforms and social networks, such as "C Walk" and "Jealousy " (with Gurlez Akhtar). After the release of the single "Dead Mangde" comes the album Naveezy in 2023, followed by the EP Paper Before Money in 2024. The same year saw the release of The Finest. Sandhu scored his first UK Asian chart hits with "Sit Down Son" (no. 38) and "Dapper Dan" (no. 17), taken from the album House Navior, released in 2025.
