Navaan Sandhu

Navaan Sandhu is a Punjabi singer, songwriter, and lyricist, born on August 8, 1995, in Amritsar, in the state of Punjab, India. Trained in singing at the Gurmeet Bawa Sangeet Academy, he began his career in 2018 with the track “In Demand”, produced by Manni Sandhu. He has since established himself as one of the rising stars of the modern Punjabi music scene thanks to tracks such as “Special Edition” (2018), “2 Asle” (2020), “Straight Outta Majha” (2020), and “Sherni Banke” (2021). His style blends traditional Punjabi influences with R&B, hip-hop, and urban pop, creating a sound that is both melodic and contemporary. In 2022, the release of his debut album Way Maker led to new tracks that were widely acclaimed on music streaming platforms and social media, such as “C Walk” and “Jealousy” (featuring Gurlez Akhtar). Following the release of the single “Dead Mangde”, the album Naveezy was released in 2023, followed by the EP Paper Before Money in 2024. That same year saw the release of the album The Finest. Navaan Sandhu scored his first hits on the UK Asian charts with “Sit Down Son” (No. 38) and “Dapper Dan” (No. 17), taken from the album House Navior (2025), featuring Gurinder Gill, Sukha, and BIR. The album Bipolar, which he released in 2026, peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard Canada chart and features guest appearances by JayB Singh, Daaku, Rxtro, and Haakam, among others.
