Najwa Karam

Najwa Nicole Karam, born on February 26, 1966, in Zahlé, Lebanon, is a Lebanese singer. She began her musical journey by participating in television contests such as "Layali Lubnan" and "Laylat Haz," winning the former with a powerful performance of traditional Libanese songs. Najwa Karam released her debut album Habayeb in 1989 under Relax-In Records, followed by Shams el-Ghinnieh in 1992. She signed with Rotana Records in 1994 and achieved significant success with albums like "Naghmet hob" (1994), which featured hits such as "Law Habaytek". Her subsequent releases, including Ma Bassmahlak (1995) and Hazzy Hilo (1996), solidified her status in the Arabic music scene. Najwa Karam has performed at numerous festivals worldwide and is recognized for her distinctive Lebanese accent and powerful vocals.
