MUSHVENOM

Mushvenom, born Lee Tae-min on June 20, 1994, in Daejeon, South Korea, is a rapper known for his distinctive Chungcheong dialect and humorous lyrics. He began rapping as a hobby during high school and later graduated from Kukje University of Arts with an associate degree in applied music. Mushvenom first gained attention in 2019 when he appeared on the popular rap competition show Show Me the Money 8. His debut single "Why Are You So Noisy?" was released that same year, earning critical acclaim and nominations for Best Rap Song at the Korean Music Awards and Hip-hop Track of the Year at the Korean Hip-hop Awards. In November 2019, he released the single "Let Me Know", which ranked sixth on Music Y's 2019 Single of the Year list. In 2020, Mushvenom returned to Show Me the Money for its ninth season, where he released the hit single "VVS" with Mirani, Munchman, and Khundi Panda. The song topped Number 1 on the Gaon Digital Chart for seven consecutive weeks and won Hip-Hop Track of the Year at the Korean Hip-hop Awards. He finished second in the competition and was ranked second in Music Y's 2020 Rookie of the Year list. His debut album Why Are You So Noisy? was released in September 2019, followed by his second album EARL in August 2025. His first full album, Earl, released on August 21, 2025, ranked 32 on Bugs' Top 100 K-hiphop albums chart the week it was released.
