Moon Tang, born Tang Hoi Man on 17 May 1999 in Hong Kong, is a singer‑songwriter whose work spans Cantopop, indie pop, and contemporary pop. After studying Communication Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and spending an exchange year in Copenhagen, she began writing original material, debuting with the EP Dear Moon on 7 December 2020 under SEEAHOLE. Her breakthrough came with the viral cover of Mavis Hee’s "King Sing" and the single "i hate u" on 31 August 2022, which helped secure a deal with Warner Music Hong Kong in 2022. She followed with the album Water Comes Out of My Eyes on 24 February 2023. In March 2025 she released her second full‑length album, 25, collaborating with Marf Yau, Sam Ock, and Gordon Flanders; the album explored themes of self‑discovery and adulthood. Subsequent singles such as "外星人接我回去" on 15 August 2024 and "未來的歌" on 8 October 2025 continued to chart on local streaming platforms, cementing her presence in the Hong Kong music scene.
