Moliy

Moliy is a Ghanaian-American singer who achieved success with the track "Shake It to the Max (Fly)". Born Molly Ama Montgomery in Accra, Ghana, on October 5, 2001, she followed her family to Florida and made a name for herself with a collaboration with Amarae and Kali Uchis on the remix of the single "Sad Gurlz Love Money" (2020), which reached number 80 on the Billboard Hot 100. The same year saw the release of her debut EP Wondergirl, followed two years later by Honey Doom, featuring contributions from Juls, P Priime, Moonchild Sanelly, her sister Mellissa and DJ Radix. In 2024, her single "Shake It to the Max (Fly)", credited with producer Silent Addy, became a viral hit and reached #16 on the US Afrobeats charts. A remix followed with contributions from Skillibeng and Shenseea.
