MEANSHOCK

MEANSHOCK (민쇼크) is a South Korean songwriting and music video production duo consisting of vocalist and songwriter Minshock (Kang Minseok) and music producer Klozer (Cho Chunyeong). The group debuted on October 27, 2021, with their first digital single “Walking in the Blue Sky.” Blending elements of indie pop, rock, R&B, and soul, MEANSHOCK has built a distinct sound characterized by emotional depth and cinematic production. Since their debut, they have continued to evolve artistically through a series of releases, including “Light Wave” (2022), “Natural” (2022), “I Draw Fireworks in the Empty Sky” (2022), and “Is It Snowing?” (2022). Their evolving artistry carried into later works like “Purple Stairs” (2023), “The Promised Flower” (2024), “Reborn” (2024), and “Night and Light” (2025). Through both their music and visuals, the duo captures themes of introspection and renewal.
