MC Magrinho, born Kaique Monteiro de Almeida in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, emerged in the early 2010s as a notable figure in the Brazilian funk scene. He gained prominence with tracks like "Elas Gostam do Preto" and "Bumbum na Água," which showcased his energetic style and resonated with audiences nationwide. Throughout his career, MC Magrinho has collaborated with various artists, contributing to the evolution of funk carioca and its fusion with other musical genres. Despite facing personal challenges, including legal issues in 2014, he has continued to produce music that reflects the dynamic and vibrant culture of Rio's favelas.
