Mange Makers

Mange Makers formed in Stockholm, Sweden, where the group began developing its lighthearted, club-friendly mix of house music, beatboxed percussion, hip-hop vocals, and pop hooks in 2011. "Fest hos mange," the group's debut single, was released that same year and became a viral hit on social media, where its homemade music video earned more than ten million views. The song eventually went double-platinum, peaking at Number 9 on the Swedish singles chart and Number 1 on iTunes. Mange Makers' four co-founders — producer Peter Bacall, frontman Didrik Rastbäck, beatboxer Max Henriksson, and dancer Max Christensson — remained a constant presence on the Swedish charts in 2011, with the Christmas single "Jul hos mange" and the Number 2 hit "Mange bjuder" both becoming platinum-certified smashes that year. "Drick den" followed in 2012 and earned the group its third Top 10 single a two-year span, although follow-up releases like "Mange för en dag" and "Inte en krona" failed the crack the Top 40. Mange Makers split up after the release of "Bättre förr" in 2016, then reunited without Christensson in 2021. "Ballar Ur," the trio's comeback single, was released that April, accompanied by another viral music video that highlighted Mange Makers' dance hooks and self-deprecating humor.
