Man Man

Man Man is an American experimental rock ensemble from Philadelphia established in 2003. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized by experimental rock and for utilizing a wide variety of instruments including marimbas and kitchen utensils. The ensemble was founded by the vocalist and songwriter Honus Honus. Their recording career began with the debut studio recording The Man in a Blue Turban with a Face (2004) released on the label Ace Fu Records. Man Man achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Six Demon Bag (2006) and for performing as the opening act for the ensemble Modest Mouse in 2007. Their discography included the studio recording Rabbit Habits (2008) and the studio recording Life Fantastic (2011). The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording On Oni Pond (2013), which featured the single “Head On” (2013). The recording achieved professional recognition for reaching number 32 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. Their recording career included the studio recording Dream Hunting in the Valley of the In-Between (2020) and the studio recording Carrot on Strings (2024).
