Mademoiselle Yulia, born in Tokyo, is a Japanese DJ and musician. She started her musical career as the lead vocalist and guitarist for a band during high school. In 2005, she began organizing parties and created her own electro DJ event in Tokyo called Neon Spread. Mademoiselle Yulia debuted as a DJ in 2008 with EMI Music Japan, releasing her first mix-tape Neonspread. She also collaborated extensively with Verbal from M-Flo. Her debut album as a singer, Mademoworld, was released in 2011, featuring the single "Gimme Gimme".
