Born in Boucherville, Quebec, in 1993, Lysandre, whose real name is Lysandre Ménard, is a Canadian pop singer, actress and pianist. She learned to play the piano at the age of five and continued her musical studies at various music schools. In 2011, she collaborated on Vincent Bélanger's opus Là as pianist. In 2013, she graduated from the Vincent-d'Indyn music school, where she met the members of The Loodies. She collaborated on their album Eddy Ground (2012), as well as on their eponymous opus in 2015 as backing vocalist and pianist. Lysandre graduated from the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal in 2015. That same year, she played the role of a young pianist in the film La Passion d'Augustine. Following her performance, she received the Audience Award at the Angoulême Francophone Film Festival and the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Newport Beach Festival. She releases her first EP as a singer in 2020, entitled Maison-Dieu . She succeeds in reaching the radio airwaves with the track " Perséphone ", before releasing her debut album, Sans Oublier, in March 2022. The following year saw the release of two double singles, Série I & II: les heures innocentes, as an aside to her production. In 2025, the tracks "5052" and "Le Cowboy aux mains d'argent / Un ange qui fume dans son lit" anticipate the February 2026 release of his second solo album, Portrait de l'Invisible.
