LX & Maxwell are German rappers who are part of the collective 187 Strassenbande. LX's stage name is an abbreviation of his real name, Alex. Both members grew up in Hamburg and rap about their harsh life on the streets. The pair's big breakthrough came with the 2015 album collaboration, 'Kollaboalbum Obststand'. The duo teamed up again in 2019 to release 'Perdono' featuring Gzuz and Hallo Nero. In June 2019 they released the hard-hitting single 'Strassenbande', taken from the album 'Obststand 2'.
