Lucho RK (born Emilio Roca Cáceres on March 31, 2000), emerging from Gran Canaria’s vibrant urban scene, began his artistic journey after studying marketing and sound engineering in 2020 and collaborating early on with producer Linton on tracks like “Roces” (2021) and “Una Carta” (2022), both of which helped him establish a foothold in Spain’s urbano landscape through soulful blendings of trap and reggaetón. Lucho RK’s momentum surged further in May 2025 when he teamed up with Quevedo on “GUAYA,” a nostalgic, dancefloor-ready summer hit that peaked at number 12 on the Spanish charts. With over 1.5 million views, viral TikTok trends, and beat remixes, the track firmly positioned him as one of the leading voices of Canarian urban music. He immediately sustained his streak by releasing the indie-pop-tinged anthem “MATRÍCULA” in June 2025.
