Los Lunes Que Quedan

Los Lunes Que Quedan, originally known as Los Lunes, was a Spanish pop music group formed in 1986 by Enrique Díaz, Fernando Polaino, and Javier García from the Vallecas district of Madrid. Their breakthrough came with their 1992 debut album Los lunes, produced by Alejo Stivel, which included the hit single "Los años que nos quedan por vivir". In 1994, they released their second album El segundo featuring "Una canción de despedida", a popular track that became the theme for M-80 La gramola. After Javier García left, Enrique Díaz and Fernando Polaino continued as Los Lunes Que Quedan, releasing Los lunes que quedan in 1999 and the compilation Los mejores lunes in 2000. Notable achievements include contributing to tribute albums for Antonio Vega and Tequila, and having "No te fallaré" featured on the TV series Compañeros. Despite disbanding in 2000, the group reunited for a one-off performance in 2022.
