Los Bonnitos

Los Bonnitos, formed in 2012 in San Isidro, Buenos Aires, emerged from a group of rugby teammates who initially played cumbia for a friend’s wedding before turning their passion into a full-fledged band. Their early success came through word of mouth, leading to performances across local venues and a unique style that reinterprets hits from various genres with a cumbia twist. Their 2014 debut album, Sigamos Bailando, introduced their approach with covers like "Cae el Sol" (Airbag) alongside tracks from Jesse & Joy, Fey, and Rata Blanca. In 2015, they released Dame la Mano, featuring original songs such as "Baila, Baila" and "Lejos de Aquí," alongside cumbia versions of hits by Fito Páez and Ha*Ash. Their third album, Tu Ritmo (2016), marked a shift toward more original material while still including covers like "Clavado en un Bar" (Maná). In 2017, they welcomed new vocalist Agustina Keena and released singles like "Camaleón" and "Uno los Dos." They continued expanding their catalog with collaborations like "No Sé Porqué" (2018), the upbeat "Salgo" (2019), and the 2020 cover of "Mírame" with Sonora Master. In 2024, they collaborated with Pijama Party on the single "Por Qué."
