Loick Essien is a British R&B and urban pop singer, born on April 29, 1990 in Harrow, London. Of Nigerian and Ghanaian descent, he began his musical career in 2007, collaborating with artists such as Bashy and Chipmunk. He made a name for himself with singles such as " Love Drunk " with Bashy (#56 in the UK charts in 2010), " Stuttering " with the group N-Dubz (#36 in 2011) and especially " How We Roll " with Tanya Lacey, which reached #2ᵉ in the charts in 2011. Although his debut album Identity has not been officially released, Loick Essien remains a notable figure on the UK R&B scene. In 2012, the mixtape I.D. saw the light of day, followed four years later by the album Terminal 5.
