Lila Iké, born Alecia Grey on January 23, 1994, in Christiana, Jamaica, is a reggae singer and songwriter. Raised by her mother, Lila Iké developed a love for music, listening to genres like reggae, ska, and soul. She adopted the stage name 'Lila Iké,' inspired by the Nigerian name Ikechukwu meaning 'God is powerful.' Her musical journey began in Kingston during university studies. Lila Iké gained recognition through collaborations such as "Believe" with Royal Blu and her single "Second Chance." She released her debut EP The ExPerience in 2020, which included notable tracks like "I Spy" and "Thy Will" featuring Skillibeng. Her subsequent album, Treasure Self Love, was released on August 22, 2025. Throughout her career, Lila Iké has collaborated with various artists including Protoje, H.E.R., Joey Bada$$, and Mahalia.
