Levina

Isabella Levina Lueen, known by her stage name Levina, was born in Bonn on May 1, 1991. She grew up in Chemnitz and later lived in London. Levina made a name for herself as a singer, songwriter and musician in the pop and soul genres. She achieved national fame in 2017 when she won the German preliminary round of "Unser Song 2017" and represented Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. Her competition entry "Perfect Life" is released in the same year and reaches number 28 in the German singles charts. The accompanying debut album Unexpected is released in 2017. Despite high media attention, the commercial success remains manageable. Levina subsequently released further songs, including "Echo" (2018) and "Danger " (2019), which did not achieve any chart positions. Levina writes and produces some of her music herself and regularly performs on smaller stages and at festivals. She has not yet received any jury awards. She continues to live and work in London and is musically active in the field of pop with electronic influences.
