La La Love You was formed in 2007 in Parla, Madrid, by vocalistâguitarist Roberto Amor and guitaristâvocalist David Merino, later joined by bassist MÃa BerlÃn and drummer Ãscar Hoyos. The group began as a highâschool collaboration that evolved from Englishâlanguage punk covers to Spanish originals. Their first fullâlength album, Ummâ¦que rico!, appeared on 28â¯Septemberâ¯2008 and established a local following. In 2013, the selfâtitled album La La Love You broadened their reach, featuring singles such as "El Fin del Mundo". The group later won the 2020 MTV Award for Best Spanish Artist. Subsequent releases, including Blockbuster on 5â¯Mayâ¯2023, continued the bandâs chart presence and led to soldâout tours across Spain, Mexico, and Colombia. Throughout their career, La La Love You collaborated with artists such as Melendi, Arkano, and RENEE.
