Khtek

Houda Abouz, born March 28, 1997, better known as Khtek, is a Moroccan rapper from Khemisset. Passionate about writing and music, she took her first steps in rap in 2016 after studying cinema at Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in Tétouan. She soon made a name for herself with her hard-hitting flow and engaging lyrics, in which she tackles subjects such as the female condition and social inequalities in no uncertain terms. In 2019, she began to make a name for herself with tracks like"Kick Off " and"Houdz", which caught the attention of the public and the Moroccan rap scene. Her rise was confirmed in 2020 with her participation in the track"Hors Série" alongside ElGrandeToto, Don Bigg and Draganov. That same year, she was selected by the BBC as one of the 100 most influential women, a recognition of her impact in rap and beyond. Today, Khtek has established herself as a key figure in Moroccan hip-hop, imposing her style and voice with authenticity and determination.
