Kemmler

Yoann Houazi, known professionally as Kemmler, was born on January 1, 1990 in Marseille, France. He began his musical career at the age of 14, experimenting with rap in his school playground and forming the duo Renega with Verbal. The duo made a name for themselves by winning the Planète Jeunes rap competition. Kemmler's solo career began with the release of his debut album Rose in 2018. In 2020, he released two EPs, Gris and Cœur, which were later compiled into the full-length album Gris Cœur. His subsequent albums include &Moi (2022) and Alain (2024), the latter dedicated to his father who was battling cancer. The most memorable singles from these albums are "Je veux tout", "Tout quitter" and "Le Temps". In October 2025, he releases the album Finalement, which enters the French SNEP chart at number 134.
