Keen'V

Born in Rouen on January 31, 1983, Kevin Bonnet aka Keen'V has made a name for himself with his often humorous style of dance music. Bordering on the parodied, he has no hesitation in covering the hilarious "À la pêche aux moules", which has become "Je veux y retourner (à la pêche aux moules)". His track "À l'horizontale", despite flattering club charts, failed to reach the top in 2008. His first album, Phénom'N n, reached No. 88 in the French charts, and his reputation grew with "Le Son qui fait bam bam" (No. 19 in 2010). Armed with this first hit, the singer from Rouen went on to make a name for himself in 2011 with "J'aimerais trop" (No. 3) and the album Carpe Diem (No. 9). His successor, La Vie Est Belle (2012), offers a wealth of tracks with the swaying rhythms that Keen'V specializes in. Keen'V's French-style popular dance is reflected in recurring chart entries: Ange ou Démon (2013), his first No. 1 album, features the title track "La Vie du bon côté", his highest charting single (No. 6). Success continued to follow the singer, and his next albums, Saltimbanque (2014), with "Dis-moi (Marina)" (No. 10), Là Où le Vent Me Mène (2015) and 7 (2017), all reached No. 1. After the album Thérapie (No. 2 in 2019) comes the duet "Quoi qu'il arrive" (2020), with the group Magic System. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, Keen'V redoubled his activity, recording back-to-back albums, Rêver (2021, No. 2) and Diamant (2022), his tenth, which saw him return to No. 1, thanks in particular to the hit "Outété " (No. 38). In 2023, the singer returned with the album Équilibre, to which artists such as DJ Kawest, Dely Kate, Magixx, Curtis Laoban and Lorelei B contributed.
