Matías Emanuel Noir leads Ke Personajes, an Argentine cumbia group formed in 2016 in Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos, with Sebastián Boffeli (electronic drums), Damián Piñeiro (keyboard), Enzo Martínez (percussion), and later Joel Brem (second keyboard). The band quickly gained attention for their emotional lyrics, barrio-rooted storytelling, and a sound that blends cumbia villera, cuarteto, and pop elements. Their first major breakthrough came in 2022 with the viral hit “Adiós Amor & Oye Mujer,” followed by popular singles like “Pobre Corazón” (2023), which became one of their biggest songs, with hundreds of millions of views across platforms. In early 2023, they reached a new level of popularity with the crossover hit “Un Finde (Crossover #2)” alongside FMK and Big One, which held the Number 1 spot on the Argentina Hot 100 for 17 weeks. Later that year, their theatrical flair showed through a Spanish-language cover of “Bohemian Rhapsody,” and they released “Ojitos Rojos” with Grupo Frontera, expanding their reach across Latin America. In February 2024, they teamed up with Tiago PZK on the single “Piel,” which climbed to the top of the charts and achieved multi-platinum status. Their success continued into 2025 with sold-out shows at the Movistar Arena and festival appearances across Latin America and Europe. Preludios, the band's first live EP, arrived in July 2025, featuring a cover of the Eagles' "Hotel California."
