Kazuko Mifune (born September 1, 1947 in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture) is a representative Japanese enka singer. She made her debut in 1965 with "Vietnam no Akai Tsuki" as the first singer of Minolfon, which was founded by Minoru Endo. In 1966, her song "Strangers' Boat" became a big hit and brought her to prominence, but a traffic accident in 1968 caused her to lose her voice, forcing her to temporarily retire. 1982 saw her make her debut again with "Dannasama," which sold over 500,000 copies. In 1992, she won the Matsuo Entertainment Award, and in 1995, she made her first appearance in the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen. 2015, she returned to Tokuma Japan Communications, and on October 1, 2025, she released her 64th single , "Mooring Boat," which has added to her maturity. He continues to make his way in the world of enka with his matured singing voice.
