K. M. Radha Krishnan

K. M. Radha Krishnan, born in Wanaparthy, India, is a music composer known for his work predominantly in Telugu cinema. Inspired by his father, K. V Mohan, who worked at All India Radio and was an accomplished stage actor, Radha Krishnan began learning Hindustani classical music under Chaganti Lakshmi. He later trained at Hyderabad Music College and studied Western and Carnatic classical music. His early career saw him composing background music for films like Silence Please and scoring music for the children's film 'Hero'. In 2004, Radha Krishnan released his first EP, Anand (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), which marked a significant breakthrough in his career. He followed this with notable works, including the soundtracks for Godavari (2006) and Chandamama (2007). In 2006, he received the state Nandi Award for Best Music Director. Radha Krishnan's contributions to Telugu cinema have solidified his reputation as a versatile composer.
