Isaac Hong

Hong Isaac, born on May 12, 1988, in South Korea, is a celebrated singer-songwriter recognized for his success on Sing Again where he won the third season and his contributions to the Queen of Tears soundtrack with the song "Fallin" in 2024. Raised by Protestant missionary parents, Hong's early exposure to music in Papua New Guinea, where he learned English at an international school, profoundly shaped his musical style. He attended Handong Global University but left to study at Berklee College of Music, although he paused his studies due to financial strains. Hong's music career officially began with his participation in the Yoo Jae-ha Music Contest and subsequent album releases and performances. His journey included a mandatory military service, after which he continued to produce music and perform on various television shows. In 2021, Hong made significant contributions to several soundtracks and won on Immortal Songs. He has released multiple EPs, including 시간이 지나도 (2015), The Important Little Things (2019), and The Lovers Note (2025).
