Iron Fire

Iron Fire, a Danish power metal band, was formed in 1995 under the name Misery before settling on Iron Fire. Their breakthrough came with Thunderstorm, released in 2000 on Noise Records and produced by Tommy Hansen. The album featured fast, melodic metal tunes and imagery of fire, swords, warriors, and dragons. Following line-up changes, their second album, On the Edge (2001), did not match the success of their debut, leading to a fallout with Noise Records. Iron Fire returned in March 2006 with Revenge under Napalm Records, marking a return to pure metal. Notable albums include Blade of Triumph (2007), Voyage of the Damned (2012), which explored themes like Viking imagery and sci-fi elements, and Beyond the Void (2019).
