Nguyá» n HÆ°Æ¡ng Thủy, known professionally as HÆ°Æ¡ng Thủy, was born on August 20, 1974, in Cần ThÆ¡, southern Vietnam. She is a Vietnamese singer specializing in ca dao and cải lÆ°Æ¡ng singing. After graduating from Äại Há»c Sân Khấu Cải LÆ°Æ¡ng và Hà i Ká»ch in Saigon, she joined the female singing folk group Tam Ca Phù Sa. She migrated to southern California and was introduced to Thúy Nga, leading to her debut on Paris by Night 72: Tiếng Hát Từ Nhá»p Tim. HÆ°Æ¡ng Thủy's first album, ThÆ°Æ¡ng nhá» cáºu hai, was released in 2004. She has since released several albums and songs including "Ca Dao" and collaborations with artists such as Mạnh Quỳnh and Quang Lê.
