Joseph Dalton Michael, known professionally as Huey Mack, was born on December 16, 1991, in Morgantown, West Virginia. He began rapping at age 14 and initially pursued it as a hobby during his high school years before taking hip-hop more seriously. Huey Mack released several free mixtapes online, which gained attention on iTunes and appeared on music charts. He also performed publicly and embarked on tours. His debut album, Pretending Perfection, was released in 2013, reaching number 89 on the US album Charts and number 6 on the rap albums chart. Notable songs from his discography include "Just Me", "Call Me Maybe", and "Dirty Laundry" featuring Mike Stud.
