Hideaki Takizawa, born on 29 March 1982 in Hachioji, Tokyo, is a Japanese singer and actor who began his career as a trainee at Johnny & Associates in 1995. After debuting as part of the duo Tackey & Tsubasa in 2002, he released the miniâalbum Hatachi and followed it with singles such as "Love Revolution" (2009â01â07), "Shara La La / Infinite Wings" (2009â05â06), and "Hikari Hitotsu" (2009â09â23), all of which contributed to the duoâs presence in the pop market. Hideaki Takizawaâs acting credits include the NHK Taiga drama Yoshitsune (2005) and the stage production Takizawa Kabuki (2006â2023), where he served as performer and later director, fostering new talent like Snow Man and SixTones. In 2018 he retired from performing to focus on production, becoming president of Johnnyâs Island in 2019 and later executive vice president of Johnny & Associates until his resignation in November 2022. He founded the talent agency Tobe in March 2023, assuming the role of president and overseeing the launch of acts such as Number_i.
