Greenslade

Greenslade, a progressive rock band from London, England, was formed in 1972 by keyboardist Dave Greenslade and bassist Tony Reeves. The duo, who had previously been members of Colosseum, assembled with keyboardist Dave Lawson and drummer Andrew McCulloch to create a band featuring two keyboardists. Their live debut occurred at Frankfurt's Zoom Club in 1972. In February 1973, they appeared on BBC's The Old Grey Whistle Test, performing "Pilgrims Progress" and "Bedside Manners Are Extra", both from their second album Bedside Manners are Extra. Their third album, Spyglass Guest, reached number 34 on the UK Albums Chart. The band disbanded in early 1976 due to management issues.
