Gareth.T, born 30 December 1999 in Hong Kong, is a singer‑songwriter who emerged from an early musical upbringing that included piano, violin, cello, guitar and drums. Gareth. T first attracted attention through self‑produced covers and original tracks posted online, leading to a record deal with Warner Music Hong Kong in 2020. His debut single under the label, "Boyfriend Material", was released on 26 March 2021, followed by the hit "Honest" featuring Moon Tang, which accumulated over 17 million streams on a streaming platform. In 2022 Gareth. T released his debut album gareth.t 2.0 on 20 May 2022, and the EP To Be Honest on 20 May 2022, both showcasing his blend of contemporary R&B and soul. The same year he launched The CUTIE Tour, a headlining concert series that solidified his presence in the Hong Kong music scene. Subsequent singles such as "Speed Limit" (2021), "Dinner in Bed" (2022), and "Happy Tears" (2022). In March 2026, he released his second album THE PROTÉGÉ, featuring tracks like "我很小朋友" and "早到的u".
