Gapman, a rapper from Lille, is signed to RCA Records, a Sony Music label. Inspired by the Atlanta, Memphis and Maryland rap scenes, he debuted in 2018 with plugg productions before establishing himself in French trap. In 2022, he made a name for himself with his single "Trapalot", a collaboration with long-time friend Dafliky. Gapman is also surrounded by a circle of rapper friends, including Waman and Chubz727, who share his artistic universe. He collaborates with Ashe22 on the track "Step". He performs live at the Gaîté Lyrique, raising his profile on the national rap scene. Released in May 2025, his album Scam Industry ranks among the 100 most listened-to albums of the moment.
