Gamadinho, born Felipe Ribeiro in Nova Iguaçu, Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter who began his musical journey at 14, performing in samba circles throughout the Baixada Fluminense region. His early career included stints with notable groups such as Swing & Simpatia and Pique Novo, where he honed his skills and gained industry experience. In 2013, Gamadinho's participation in the second season of The Voice Brasil brought him national attention, marking a pivotal moment in his transition to a solo career. He has since released several singles, including "Por Favor" and "Instinto," showcasing his versatility and depth as an artist. In 2020, he launched his first EP, Por Favor, featuring tracks that blend traditional pagode rhythms with contemporary influences. Gamadinho's collaborations with artists like Ferrugem and Vitinho have further solidified his presence in the Brazilian music scene. In 2023, he released the live EP Pra Ficar Ep1, followed by two other volumes later that year.
