Frank Klepacki

Frank Klepacki is an American composer and musician best known for his work on video game soundtracks. He was raised in a family of musicians of Polish and Italian descent and began performing professionally by age eleven. He joined Westwood Studios as a composer as a teenager after submitting a demo tape and began working on early titles such as Eye of the Beholder II and Dune II. Klepacki’s breakthrough came with the Command & Conquer series, where he worked on tracks such as “Act on Instinct” and “No Mercy.” His work on Command & Conquer: Red Alert earned multiple awards and widespread recognition. He later became audio director at Petroglyph Games, where he worked on projects including Star Wars: Empire at War. Klepacki has also released solo albums such as Viratia.
