Trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris, pianist François Dumont (b. 1985) made his mark on the international scene in the 2000s, winning two prestigious awards among many: first prize at the Queen Elisabeth Competition in 2007 and 5th prize at the Frédéric Chopin Competition in Warsaw in 2010. A member of the Trio Ãlégiaque and a much sought-after concert performer, he has recorded the complete Mozart piano sonatas (2009) and the complete piano works of Ravel(Complete Piano Music, 2013).
