Finn Wolfhard

Canadian actor, director, and musician Finn Wolfhard was born in Vancouver on December 23, 2002. He rose to fame for his role as Mike Wheeler in the series Stranger Things starting in 2016, before taking on a number of film roles, notably in It (2017) and It: Chapter Two (2019), adaptations of Stephen King’s novel. After other roles in the Ghostbusters franchise, Finn Wolfhard launched his music career with the band Calpurnia from 2017 to 2019, then with The Aubreys starting in 2019. In 2025, he released his first solo album, Happy Birthday, featuring the singles “Choose the Latter”, “Trailers After Dark”, and “Objection!”. He then performed his songs live on the Objection!, while Hell of a Summer, the horror comedy he co-directed with Billy Bryk, hit theaters in 2025. As Stranger Things came to an end, he refocused his musical efforts in 2026 on Fire From the Hip, his second solo album, recorded at Pachyderm Studios with members of his touring band and featuring the singles “I’ll Let You Finish” and “Tunnels”.
