E.Y.C. is an American pop/R&B band formed in 1992, consisting of Damon Butler, Dave Loeffler, and Trey Parker. The group initially found success outside their home country, particularly in the United Kingdom and Australia. E.Y.C.'s breakthrough came at the 1993 Smash Hits Poll Winners Party, where they won the Best Roadshow Act award. Their debut single "Feelin' Alright" sold over 60,000 copies in the UK and peaked at number 16 on the UK Singles Chart. The band's debut album Express Yourself Clearly reached number 14 on the UK Albums Chart. E.Y.C. scored six top 40 hits in the UK, including "The Way You Work It" and "Number One". They also won an ARIA Award for Best New International Act in Australia. After a hiatus, E.Y.C. reunited and released the US-only album I Feel It in 1999, which included the singles "This Thing Called Love" and "Only a Dream". Following their disbandment, Parker toured with LA Allstars and co-wrote Anastacia's 2002 single "Why'd You Lie to Me", while Loeffler transitioned into music management.
